NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING REQUIRED FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital items do not require physical shipping and therefore no shipping address is necessary for delivery of these products. Customers are responsible for providing accurate email and contact information at checkout to ensure successful digital delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ONEOFONE VENDORS / KYNGROYALTY ENT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.
